Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding them through investment opportunities. Additional responsibilities include presenting market insights, providing personalized advice, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction through seamless service delivery. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client objectives will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Communication
- Strong abilities in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Strategic Guidance
- Proficiency in Business Development, Account Management, and Negotiation
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and exhibit a client-focused mindset
- Previous experience in real estate, investments, or a related industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
