Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying client investment goals, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Primary responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, devising strategies to meet their needs, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. The role demands proactive communication, relationship management, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis, investment strategies, and real estate trends
- Sales and negotiation expertise, with a proven track record in closing deals and meeting targets
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address client needs and business goals
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
