Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow. The Senior Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients by understanding their financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios, recommending investment and wealth management solutions, and ensuring timely execution of transactions. The role will involve preparing financial proposals, monitoring market developments, and aligning client strategies with current opportunities and risks. The Senior Relationship Manager will work closely with internal investment, research, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and support new business development through referrals and targeted outreach. The role also includes maintaining accurate client records, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements, and contributing to process improvements in client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client-servicing skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client objectives, and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Solid knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and wealth management, with experience in portfolio review, asset allocation, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and interpreting economic and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with high-net-worth and priority clients effectively.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic financial software to maintain client records and analyze portfolio data.
- Previous experience in a relationship management or wealth management role within financial services, preferably working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
