Role Description
The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and achieving set sales and service targets for the bank. This full-time on-site role, based in Nagpur, includes managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also requires regular client meetings, understanding customer financial goals, and developing strategic financial plans to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Relationship Management, Customer Interaction, and Client Retention
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, and Product Knowledge
- Knowledge of Sales Strategies, Account Management, and Cross-Selling Techniques
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical Thinking abilities
- Experience in financial services or banking, with expertise in handling high-net-worth individuals, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or similar qualification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment
