Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. They will identify customer needs, offer personalized product recommendations, and deliver high-quality service to enhance client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will include preparing reports, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Planning, and achieving targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of financial products, particularly life insurance solutions and market trends
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance related to insurance
- Experience in handling high-net-worth clients is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any stream ; MBA preferred
- Minimum 1+ year experience in insurance sectors and DM Channel Preffered.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
