CTC: 3 LPA - 8 LPA + Incentives

About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager with strong experience in real estate sales and channel partner management. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end sales cycles and driving closures through Channel Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and generate business through Channel Partners (CPs)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CP networks
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying journey
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Mandatory experience in handling Channel Partners (CP)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record in closures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
