Role Description
The Senior Regional Sales Manager will oversee and lead regional sales efforts to drive business growth for Four Solar. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad will include achieving sales targets, managing a team of regional sales representatives, developing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the business. The individual will also collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including account management, lead generation, and closing deals
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a regional sales team
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
- Knowledge of the solar energy or renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in en_US
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools is preferred
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and regional operations
