Position we looking for
Sr Regional Business Head (T3 level)
Job Description
· BUILDING & LEADING a high energy sales team hitting ambitious REVENUE targets
· Regular coaching, training and feedback for Team Leads and RMs including functional and behavioural.
· Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators (Calls, Visits, Conversions, CRM discipline)
· Implementation of TECHNOLOGY and usage of the same as per protocols
Skills Required:
· BUILDING a high performance team (Ability to hire QUICKLY is a MUST)
· ENTERPRENEURIAL mindset. (Key Success Factor)
· Coaching and mentoring the young minds without being a micro-manager.
Experience
· About 10 to 12 years into B2C/Ed- Tech/New Age Start ups
. Fast Risers
. Stability in career (Frequent job changers are discouraged)
Compensation:
· Fixed Remuneration – Best in industry; Subject to your current CTC.
· INCENTIVES on sales revenue. Can easily double the fixed compensation
