About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven professional to join us as a Senior GTM Workforce Manager.
Your mission is simple:
Build GTM workforces that help our clients generate enterprise business.You will recruit industry experts, activate them through our AI platform, help them define their consulting positioning, launch GTM campaigns, and continuously grow each client's GTM workforce. You won't just recruit people. You will build revenue-generating teams for companies around the world.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Workforce Recruitment
- Recruit high-quality industry experts aligned to each client's target market.
- Build relationships with senior professionals across multiple industries.
- Conduct qualification and discovery calls.
- Evaluate expertise, leadership experience, professional credibility, and network strength.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified experts.
GTM Workforce Activation
Every expert joins through a structured activation process.
You will help experts:
- Define their consulting expertise.
- Identify business problems they solve.
- Build their consulting positioning.
- Complete their GTM profile.
- Prepare for AI-powered campaigns.
- Become active members of each client's GTM workforce.
Client Success
Manage assigned enterprise clients and become their trusted GTM workforce partner.

- Successfully manage 5–6 active clients

Expert Recruitment
Every month:
- Speak with 60–80 senior professionals
- Recruit 10–15 qualified experts
- Successfully activate new experts
- Maintain an active expert pipeline
Workforce Growth
- Launch GTM campaigns

Campaign Success
- Ensure workforce participation

Who You Are
You enjoy building relationships with senior professionals and creating business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, or Business Development.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience sourcing professionals through LinkedIn.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM, ATS, and AI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
