💡 Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
As a Senior IT Recruiter – Domestic Market, you will be responsible for:
- Managing/Delivering end-to-end IT recruitment for Domestic (India) clients
- Working on permanent and contract staffing requirements
- Deep passive candidate sourcing through multiple sourcing channels
- Using diverse sourcing mix – Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal database, and networking
- Strong candidate screening with excellent probing and assessment skills
- Conducting detailed requirement understanding and market mapping
- Effective coordination with hiring managers and clients
- Driving offers, negotiations, and ensuring successful onboarding
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, MIS, and pipeline health
📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:
- ✅ 4–5 offer closures per month
- ✅ Minimum 2–3 successful joiners per month
- ✅ Turnaround Time (TAT) adherence as per client SLA
- ✅ Candidate submission to interview ratio
- ✅ Offer-to-joiner conversion efficiency
- ✅ Quality of hire and retention feedback
- ✅ Pipeline strength for niche & high-demand skills
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Staffing
- Strong exposure to IT skill sets (Engineering, Product, Support, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly hiring metrics
- Sound market knowledge and ability to work on passive talent
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
