Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Role Overview
- We are looking for a high-ownership and execution-driven Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring across the organization.
- This role will be responsible for closing positions across Sales, Design, and Operations, ensuring the business has the right talent to support growth, store launches, and project execution.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the interior design / home interiors / fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of how hiring works across sales, design, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership - Drive complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closureManage multiple open positions across functions with speed and quality Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
- Business & Stakeholder Alignment - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and urgency. Align hiring priorities with business goals and expansion plans. Act as a bridge between business and candidates to ensure clarity and speed
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building - Build strong pipelines from the interior design ecosystem Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market mapping Continuously build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Industry-Specific Hiring - Drive hiring for roles including:
- Sales Designers
- Interior Designers
- Project Managers
- Site / Execution teams
- Candidate Assessment & Experience - Screen and evaluate candidates for role fit and cultural alignment. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Maintain strong follow-ups and engagement throughout the hiring process
- Offer Management & Closures - Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures Ensure high offer-to-join ratio. Handle candidate objections and ensure smooth onboarding handover.
- Hiring Metrics & Reporting - Track and manage hiring metrics such as:
- Time to close (TAT)
- Number of closures vs targets
- Pipeline health and conversion ratios
- Ensure data-driven decision making in hiring
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Mandatory experience in: Interior Design / Home Interiors / Fit-out industry
- Strong understanding of: Sales, Design, and Execution roles
- Hiring dynamics in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of: Closing positions within timelines, Managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- High ownership and execution-driven mindset
Preferred Profile
- Candidates from interior design / home interior brands
- Experience in hiring for multiple cities / high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing capability and market intelligence
