Senior Human Resources Recruiter:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. This role offers
valuable hands-on experience across various HR and recruitment functions, providing a strong
platform for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources. As a full-time team
member, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our hiring strategies, talent
pipeline, and overall organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various departments.
● Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking,
employee referrals, and headhunting.
● Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for culture and skill fit.
● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback cycles.
● Own and optimize the entire recruitment pipeline for better efficiency and quality of hires.
Stakeholder Management
● Partner with department heads and leadership teams to understand hiring needs.
● Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations.
● Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Excellence
● Support employer branding initiatives, career events, and social media hiring campaigns.
● Improve candidate experience by maintaining transparent and timely communication.
● Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for leadership review.
Process Improvement
● Identify gaps and recommend improvements in the recruitment process.
● Leverage HR tools and ATS platforms to streamline hiring workflows.
● Ensure alignment with company culture, values, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
● 5–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains.
● Strong expertise in hiring for tech roles and non-tech roles .
● Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
