Recruitment Manager – Mumbai & Nasik (Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee our recruitment and onboarding teams located in Mumbai and Nasik. This is an onsite leadership role requiring strong team management, client communication, and operational oversight to ensure seamless staffing delivery for U.S. healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise recruiters and onboarding staff in Mumbai and Nasik, set performance targets, and monitor KPIs.
- Delegation & Workflow: Assign responsibilities strategically, balance workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients, maintaining constant updates and relationship management.
- Job Selection: Evaluate client job orders, prioritize roles, and assign them to recruiters effectively.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Ensure smooth flow of information between U.S. clients and Indian teams, resolving queries quickly.
- Process Optimization: Standardize recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to healthcare staffing regulations and internal SOPs.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly dashboards on recruitment progress, client updates, and pipeline status.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing management.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with U.S. healthcare clients.
- Experience in MSP staffing models and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multi-city teams and coordinate onsite.
- Proficiency in ATS/HRMS tools (Bullhorn, Paylocity, or similar).
- Strong decision-making skills to pick the right jobs and allocate resources effectively.
