Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves hiring of Sea Farers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruiting and Interviewing candidates to assess suitability for open positions.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven experience and knowledge in managing end-to-end recruitment processes of Sea Farers
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in shipping or maritime industry recruitment is mandatory
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and recruitment best practices will be advantageous.
