We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing US Engineering recruitment team.
In this role, you’ll support engineering clients across the US market, focusing on the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) sector. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the MEP industry, work with specialist engineering talent, and build your experience in the MEP Space.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for engineering roles across the US market.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing methods to find suitable candidates.
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, availability and career expectations.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from the initial conversation through to interviews and placement.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and keep candidates updated.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Work closely with the team to deliver against client requirements and hiring deadlines.
- Keep up with market trends and build knowledge of the US engineering and MEP sectors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the US Engineering market.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, construction or other technical roles would be an advantage.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work to deadlines.
- A self-motivated approach with a focus on meeting targets.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a remote setup.
