As we expand our transatlantic hiring operations, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Analyst – Global Talent Acquisition to join our team in Noida.
Role Overview
This role is designed for a detail-oriented recruitment professional who can support end-to-end hiring and talent research across US, Canada, and European markets. You will work closely with global clients and internal recruitment teams to identify high-quality talent for middle and senior-level roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level roles across US, Canada, and Europe.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification through LinkedIn, global job portals, and databases.
• Source and screen candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Build strong talent pipelines across multiple industries and geographies.
• Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
• Track recruitment metrics and support reporting and hiring analytics.
Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment research, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Exposure to international hiring across US, Canada, or European markets.
• Experience sourcing candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and talent research tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in Europe time zones.
