The ideal candidate should possess a strategic and consultative recruitment approach, with proven capability in Talent Mapping, proactive Talent Pipeline Creation, and market intelligence-driven sourcing strategies.
The candidate should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engagement with both Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. A strong global mindset, commercial understanding, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are essential.
