Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR functions for our digital marketing agency. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and building a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding; collaborate with department heads for manpower planning
- HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, maintain records, and ensure policy implementation and compliance
- Attendance & Leave Management: Track and manage attendance, leave records, and reporting
- Performance Management: Drive performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes
- Appraisals & Compensation: Handle appraisal cycles, salary revisions, and compensation planning
- Employee Engagement & Grievances: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and drive engagement initiatives
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital marketing/agency setup
- Strong knowledge of 360° HR functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Profile
- Delhi-based candidates only
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
- Experience with creative/digital teams is a plus
