Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter / Team Lead who will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving end-to-end recruitment, and leading a small team of recruiters. This is a hands-on role requiring a balance of delivery, team management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Delivery (Hands-on):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on mid to senior-level roles across multiple domains (IT/Non-IT as applicable)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Ensure quality screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Maintain strong pipeline and meet hiring targets consistently
2. Account Management:
- Handle and grow assigned client accounts
- Understand client requirements and provide timely hiring solutions
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure high client satisfaction and delivery SLAs
3. Team Handling:
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters (2–5 members)
- Assign roles, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Drive team productivity, quality, and target achievement
- Support team in closures and complex requirements
4. Reporting & Process Management:
- Track and report daily/weekly hiring metrics
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and best practices
- Maintain ATS/CRM updates and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT staffing)
- Proven track record in client handling and closures
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in staffing/consulting firms
- Prior experience in handling team targets and account delivery
