Role Summary: We are hiring Senior Recruiter (20) | Team Lead (Three) | Assistant Recruitment Manager (Two) to support our IP/SI. The role focuses on strong talent pipeline development, high‑quality hiring delivery, and aligning recruitment efforts with business needs to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid to senior‑level and niche positions across assigned domains.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and market research.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define effective hiring plans.
- Perform resume formatting, candidate screening, and initial qualification assessments.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate candidate availability.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines with timely communication and a smooth ending experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and sharing data-driven updates with leadership.
- Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding activities with HR and business teams.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry talent trends and competitor hiring practices.
Key Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on recruitment experience within in Healthcare, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors.
- Proven experience hiring implementation partners (e.g., Cognizant).
- Strong expertise in W2 & C2C hiring, Hays MSP, and Beeline VMS environments.
- Hands-on sourcing experience with Ceipal ATS and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple hiring demands.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
