This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with founders and business leaders, owns hiring end to end, and likes solving hiring challenges in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle hiring for key roles.
- Partner with founders and leaders on hiring plans.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Write personalized outreach to attract top talent.
- Track hiring metrics and improve hiring quality and speed.
- Help improve TA processes as the company scales.
What we’re looking for
- 5–7 years of TA experience.
- Experience hiring for B2B SaaS roles.
- Strong ownership and execution skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguity.
- Bonus: experience managing a small team
