Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter for the Leadership Hiring initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between Jade Global’s strategic vision and the executive talent that brings it to life. You will manage high-touch searches for Director, VP, and CXO-level roles, ensuring we remain a leader in the global IT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Full-Lifecycle : End-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Director, VP, and CXO-level roles across diverse functions.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with business leaders to understand role requirements, organizational priorities, and succession needs.
- Intelligence-Led Sourcing: Drive talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence to identify and attract top-tier leadership talent.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build robust talent pipelines using proactive techniques including LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals.
- Executive Coordination: Manage complex interview processes and stakeholder schedules with the highest level of professionalism.
Stakeholder Management
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a consultant to leadership teams, providing data-driven insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
- Guidance: Influence and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, assessment frameworks, and effective decision-making.
- Reporting: Maintain high visibility through regular updates, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- High-Touch Engagement: Ensure a "white-glove" candidate experience specifically tailored for senior-level professionals.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Jade Global’s brand with clarity, consistency, and professional excellence.
- Visibility: Collaborate with HR and communications teams to enhance our leadership hiring brand in the competitive IT market.
Process Excellence
- Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize analytics to improve quality of hire, time-to-hire, and diversity outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal documentation, compliance standards, and global processes.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and introduce best-in-class methodologies.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Experience: 6–8 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring within the IT Services/Consulting industry.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the India talent markets and the High-tech domains.
- Sourcing Mastery: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized headhunting techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting with C-suite executives.
- Education: MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
