What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end hiring for key roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with founders, business leaders, and HR to plan hiring needs.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Write personalized outreach to engage top candidates.
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Help improve hiring processes as we grow.
- Support day-to-day coordination with the TA team.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for B2B SaaS roles, especially GTM or tech.
- Someone who works well in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Strong ownership and ability to handle both strategy and execution.
- Bonus: experience leading or mentoring a small team.
