At Staffington Global, we are looking for a passionate and result-oriented recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for reputed clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing domain.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Handle hiring for mid to senior-level roles across Engineering & Manufacturing functions.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Track market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities to support effective hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably within Engineering / Manufacturing hiring.
- Experience working in a staffing or recruitment consulting environment.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
