About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing NON IT/ Professional Services Recruiter — someone who knows the difference between a Financial Analyst and a Controller, can speak the language of a Marketing Director, and never has to Google what an Executive Assistant does.
If your background is in placing non-IT business professionals — not developers, not cloud engineers — and you want to own a desk, grow a book of business, and earn real money doing it, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and onboarding) for Direct MSP clients.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to source top-tier Business Professionals.
- ATS Mastery: Use JobDiva effectively to manage candidate pipelines, track submissions, and ensure data integrity.
- VMS Operations: Submit candidates to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline, Fieldglass, or IQNavigator within stipulated timeframes.
- Screening: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral screening to ensure candidates match the job description and cultural fit.
- Negotiation: Expertly handle rate/salary negotiations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) to lock in the best candidates.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a strong network of consultants and passive candidates for future requirements.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in US Business Professional Staffing — specifically placing non-IT business professionals in finance, marketing, admin, or operations roles.
- Client exposure: Proven track record working with Direct Clients and/or MSPs. US Staffing experience required — implementation partners or internal HR only will not qualify.
- Domain fluency: Genuine understanding of business professional roles — accounting terminology, marketing functions, admin hierarchies — enabling real conversations with candidates and clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with US-based candidates.
