Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. Responsibilities also include developing recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in hiring processes. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational hiring goals, maintain compliance, and uphold company values.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and collaborative teams
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms
- Ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring requirements
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment
- Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in hiring across a range of roles, particularly technical and leadership positions, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
