About F5 Global Talent
F5 Global Talent is the India operation of F5 Hiring Solutions, a managed remote workforce company that places India-based professionals with U.S. and international clients in construction, architecture, engineering, drafting, interior design, and façade roles. We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing and placement for our AEC client portfolio.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. clients hiring construction-side talent — 3D designers, rendering engineers, MEP / mechanical / plumbing engineers, drafters (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks), façade engineers, architects, interior designers, BIM coordinators, and civil/structural engineers
- Source through Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, referrals, and other channels you've built
- Screen for technical depth, communication, and cultural fit before client submission
- Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement through to candidate joining
- Maintain accurate trackers and status updates in ClickUp
- Partner closely with Client Success and Operations on every requirement
Must-haves
- 8+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Direct experience hiring construction / AEC talent — façade, MEP, BIM, drafting, 3D / rendering, or similar roles. Not generic "engineering."
- Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter fluency, Boolean search depth
- Strong written and spoken English — you'll be U.S. client-facing
- India-based
- Available to join within 7 days of offer
- Comfortable with a 1 PM – 11 PM IST shift (U.S.-aligned hours)
Not the right fit if
Your background is primarily IT / software, pharma / healthcare, BFSI, sales / marketing, or generic non-construction recruiting. We need real AEC depth — not a checkbox match.
