Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior US Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in US staffing and deep experience in hiring physicians, nurses, and nursing and allied healthcare professionals for USbased hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network and a proven track record of recruiting through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based healthcare roles, including physicians, nurses, and a wide range of allied healthcare professionals such as therapists, technicians, radiology and lab staff, respiratory therapists, and other clinical and non‑clinical support roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline with a strong focus on allied healthcare positions, ensuring coverage across multiple specialities, shift patterns, and service lines.
- Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social/professional networks to proactively source and engage passive and active candidates for allied roles, as well as physicians and nurses.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews for allied healthcare professionals, paying close attention to certifications, technical skills, equipment‑specific experience, and shift readiness, while also assessing fit for physician and nursing roles.
- Partner closely with US‑based hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of allied positions (e.g., licenses, certifications, specialized training, and shift‑based work) and translate them into targeted sourcing and outreach strategies.
- Post and manage job openings for allied healthcare roles, physicians, and nurses on relevant platforms, ensuring descriptions are clear, compliant, and tailored to attract US‑region talent.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and support onboarding for allied healthcare professionals, physicians, and nurses, with a particular focus on improving fill‑rates and retention for allied positions.
- Maintain accurate records and performance metrics for all roles, with special emphasis on timetohire, qualityofhire, and candidate satisfaction for allied healthcare roles.
Required Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in US staffing / US‑region recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience in hiring physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for US‑based clients or healthcare organisations.
- Proven expertise in recruiting through social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, to build a strong US‑focused talent network.
- A solid understanding of US healthcare‑specific requirements, such as state licensure, certifications, and work-authorisation status (H‑1B, Green Card, TN, etc., where applicable).
- Strong familiarity with US recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and fullcycle hiring processes. 
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage with US‑based candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook professional groups, and other social‑sourcing tools, as well as job boards and ATS platforms.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, US‑market‑driven environment.
