The role
We're building something ambitious at Even Healthcare - and hiring is how we make that real. This role sits at the centre of it: you'll own senior-hire pipelines across Engineering, Product, Legal, and GTM, context-switching between worlds that each have their own talent market, evaluation bar, and negotiation dynamics. We move fast. You'll need to move faster.
What You'll Own
🔍 Sourcing & pipeline
- Build proactive pipelines across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, and referral networks
- Map talent across verticals - know the TAM, the trade-offs, the comp bands
- Boolean search, talent mapping, niche platform sourcing
⚙️ Process & stakeholders
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Tech and Business roles
- Drive stakeholder alignment and influence hiring decisions
- Design and run structured evaluation processes that hold up under speed
🤝 Candidate experience
- Manage every touchpoint from first screen to close
- Lead offer negotiations and closing conversations on senior mandates
- Screen for technical depth and cultural signal simultaneously
📊 Intelligence & ops
- Provide compensation benchmarks and competitor insights to hiring managers
- Track pipeline metrics, maintain ATS hygiene - Continuously improve process for speed without sacrificing bar
What We're Looking For
- 4-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, at least 2 years in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven independent ownership of senior mandates
- Experience hiring across at least two distinct verticals: Engineering, Product, Legal, Data, Security, or GTM
- Advanced sourcing - Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping
- Market intelligence: you know comp ranges, competitor pipelines, and where the talent sits
- Offer negotiation and candidate closing at senior levels
The signals we look for
- Comfortable context-switching from an SDE-3 search to a Legal Counsel hire in the same week
- Influences without authority; navigates ambiguity without hand-holding
- Bias to action, structured under speed, resilient when the brief changes
- Understands TAM trade-offs, not just candidate profiles
- High accountability - the role closes or it doesn't, and you know why
