Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end internal hiring for various organizational roles
-Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking
-Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments
-Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
-Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
-Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline
-Ensure an exceptional and seamless candidate experience
Required Skills & Competencies
-Proven experience in Internal Hiring / In-house Recruitment
-Strong understanding of corporate recruitment processes and best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in ATS systems and job portals
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal mandates
-Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Experience hiring across multiple internal departments/domains is a plus
