Role Overview

We are looking for Recruiters with experience in domestic hiring within a recruitment consultancy setup.

This is a core delivery role involving sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for client requirements across industries.

This role is strictly for candidates who meet ALL the below criteria:

• Currently working in a Recruitment Consultancy (Agency)
• Experience in Domestic (India) Hiring
• NOT from Corporate HR / In-house Talent Acquisition
• NOT from International / Global hiring backgrounds

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, and LinkedIn
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases / ATS
• Work closely with internal teams to close positions within timelines
• Ensure quality and relevance of candidate submissions

Key Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultancy
• Strong experience in domestic hiring (India market)
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri / LinkedIn
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
