Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Wellness Manager. The Senior Wellness Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programs and initiatives for the spa. Daily tasks include coordinating health and wellness services, providing excellent customer service to clients, managing employee wellness programs, monitoring budgets, and maintaining effective communication with staff and clients to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Wellness
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience in the spa, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Remuneration
- Upto Rs 25K per month. Incentives extra
Working hours
- 11 am- 9 pm, 6 days a week, one day off in a week
