Role Overview
SD Innovations is seeking a highly experienced Senior React JS Developer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, strong architectural understanding, and the ability to drive best practices across the development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing robust front-end solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable front-end architectures using React.js
- Build and manage reusable, modular, and high-performance UI components
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
- Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Drive adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and development best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Extensive experience with state management solutions (Redux / Context API)
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture and design systems
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks
- Exposure to Microfrontend Architecture (MFE)
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js)
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
