Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior React Frontend Engineer with 6–8 years of professional experience who can take ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and scalability.

This is not just a development role — you will:

• Lead frontend technical decisions
• Architect scalable React applications
• Drive best practices and code quality
• Mentor junior developers
• Collaborate closely with backend teams on API design

You will work extensively with React 19.0.0 (.js) using Create React App, building modern, high-performance applications.

Core Technical Environment

• React 19.0.0 (JavaScript – .js)
• Create React App
• State Management: Context API (primary), Redux & Zustand
• API Integration: REST & GraphQL
• Styling: Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
• Version Control: Git

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead frontend architecture and technical design decisions
• Design scalable and maintainable component structures
• Define coding standards and enforce best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

  Development & Performance

• Develop complex user-facing features using React 19
• Implement advanced state management using Context API
• Work with Redux and Zustand where required
• Optimize rendering performance (memoization, lazy loading, code splitting)
• Improve bundle size and application load time
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness

  API & Backend Collaboration

• Integrate and manage REST APIs
• Integrate and manage GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate with backend teams on API schema design
• Handle asynchronous data flows and error management

  Quality & Scalability

• Write clean, modular, and testable code
• Improve application scalability for production environments
• Identify performance bottlenecks and refactor when necessary
• Participate in technical roadmap planning

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep understanding of React core principles and lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with React 19.0.0 using .js
• Strong experience with Create React App
• Advanced knowledge of Context API
• Practical experience with Redux and Zustand
• Strong experience working with both REST and GraphQL
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns
• Experience optimizing large-scale production React applications
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Git workflows

Nice to Have

• TypeScript experience
• Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks
• Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
• CI/CD exposure
• Basic backend understanding (Node.js, Express)
