Senior React Engineer
Frontend Remote Full-time Senior
Lead development of NeuroIQ.AI's user-facing application and admin portal. These are our own purpose-built products — not a thin wrapper — handling document search, AI interactions, and deep EDMS integrations for enterprise clients.

What you will own
- The end-user frontend app — document search, AI-assisted retrieval, and EDMS integration surfaces
- The admin portal — configuration, user and group management, EDMS connector settings
- Azure AD authentication flows using OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code + PKCE via MSAL.js
- Secure file upload pipelines with client-side validation before anything reaches the backend
- Session handling — 30-minute inactivity logout, silent token refresh, role-gated access throughout
- Clean, consistent UX that works for non-technical enterprise users across different client environments
You bring
- 5+ years building production React applications with TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD authentication and MSAL.js in real projects
- Experience integrating with third-party enterprise APIs or document systems
- Strong instincts for security — you think about what could go wrong before it does
- Ability to translate complex backend capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences
Our frontend apps are standalone products with their own release cycles — not scaffolded demos. EDMS integration is a core part of the value we deliver, so comfort with external API connectivity matters.
