Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee accurate cost estimation and planning, prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and manage project budgets. The role also involves monitoring and controlling costs, preparing cost reports, and ensuring resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to financial objectives is integral to this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting methodologies
- Strong understanding of budget management and resource optimization
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Familiarity with project planning software and tools
