Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Pune, India. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will contribute to cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis of construction projects while ensuring effective cost management and control. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning processes, producing detailed cost reports, and collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure budgetary precision.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning documents.
- Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Cost Reporting, and budget management for construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts, pricing mechanisms, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field; RICS accreditation is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects is preferred.
