Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role involves preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), controlling costs, planning budgets, and ensuring cost reporting accuracy for projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will actively participate in cost management processes, provide insights for cost-effective decisions, and monitor project expenditure to maintain budgetary controls.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to maintain financial efficiency in projects
- Experience in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning to ensure precise project budgeting
- Ability to create detailed and accurate Cost Reporting to support decision-making
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and effective communication, both verbal and written
- Relevant industry experience in construction or project management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
