Job Description:
As the Senior Qualtrics Solutions Architect, you will be the technical owner of our global Experience Management (XM) infrastructure. This is a high-impact, senior-level role requiring a blend of deep technical engineering (JavaScript/APIs) and strategic CX consultancy. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex survey ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow between Qualtrics, Salesforce, and our broader tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and customization of the Qualtrics platform, ensuring scalability and architectural integrity.
- Advanced Survey Engineering: Architect and manage sophisticated surveys utilizing high-level logic, branching, and custom-coded respondent experiences.
- Front-End Development: Design and optimize Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and custom survey themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure high-response, responsive designs.
- Systems Integration & APIs: Engineer robust integrations between Qualtrics and third-party applications (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) via REST APIs and webhooks to ensure a unified data ecosystem.
- Workflow & Directory Automation: Automate complex business processes and manage global XM Directories, ensuring high data hygiene and optimized contact frequency.
- Insights & SLA Management: Design high-performance dashboards and drive data automation. You will be responsible for building SLA-based workflows (e.g., Close-the-Loop ticketing) to ensure business responsiveness to customer feedback.
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a technical consultant to internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into elegant, automated CX solutions.
- Data Assurance & Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous data validation protocols and automated audit trails to ensure 100% synchronization and "Single Source of Truth" integrity between Qualtrics and Salesforce. Proactively manage data mapping governance to eliminate "silent failures" and guarantee high-fidelity reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in technical systems roles, with a minimum of 5 years of deep, hands-on expertise specifically within the Qualtrics ecosystem.
- Certification: Qualtrics Certified Solution Architect (Engage Professional or similar) is mandatory.
- Technical Stack:
- Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive, custom-coded solutions.
- Integrations: Proven track record of executing API-based integrations and managing complex JSON payloads.
- Salesforce: Strong functional understanding of Salesforce; ability to architect data flows and manage the Qualtrics-Salesforce Integration App. (Salesforce certifications are a significant plus).
- Analytical Depth: Mastery of Qualtrics Dashboarding (Vocalize), data mapping, and the automation of survey-to-action workflows.
- Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of SLA management and the ability to design workflows that hold teams accountable to customer feedback.
- Soft Skills: A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to work independently and translate highly technical concepts into plain language for non-technical leadership.
