Looking for an elite Senior Quality Engineer to join a world-famous organization in a high-impact, Remote C2H role (9-month initial contract).
We need a tactical, self-sufficient pro who doesn’t just find bugs but champions a shift-left mindset. You’ll design deterministic, full-stack automation frameworks, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and deep-dive into performance and memory profiling. From mastering API/Load testing (Postman, JMeter) to ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA+ accessibility and security compliance, your work will define technical excellence.
Ability to read and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend languages like PHP or Java.
You Have:
- 5+ Years of Experience: You are an autonomous, self-sufficient engineer who stays tactical and composed under pressure.
- Automation Mastery: Expert-level ability to design stable, deterministic tests and customize frameworks that eliminate flakiness across the stack.
- Performance Engineering: Deep proficiency in detecting memory leaks, optimizing application performance, and executing high-scale load testing via JMeter or Blazemeter.
- The Technical Suite: Expertise in API testing (Postman) and troubleshooting HTML, CSS, JS/TS, and backend languages like PHP or Java.
- Specialized Knowledge: A firm grasp of WCAG 2.1 AA+ accessibility standards and modern security/compliance guidelines.
You Will:
- Lead the Strategy: Partner with product teams to develop robust testing strategies focused on Performance and Scalability.
- Execute & Innovate: Perform hands-on testing of responsive web/mobile apps while advocating for clean code and process refinements.
- Drive Communication: Effectively scope efforts, manage timelines, and provide vocal, data-driven messaging on test progress.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Actively contribute to our Quality Practice Community, mentoring colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Own the Release: Lead requirements gathering and regression testing, providing the final sign-off for critical deployment cycles.
