π§βπΌ Position: Asst Manager Sr. Engineer - Quality
π Location: Pune (Nigdi/Chakan preferred)
π Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM β 5:30 PM
π° Salary: No bar for the right candidate

π Key Responsibilities:
π Maintain and implement ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
π§Ύ Ensure proper documentation, audits & compliance
π Conduct incoming, in-process & final inspections
π§ͺ Knowledge of metal codes & standards, NDT, PMI & material testing
βοΈ Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA effectively
π Drive continuous improvement and defect control
π Manage vendor audits, supplier quality & material inspections
π Review drawings, BOM & design quality aspects
π Ensure calibration, traceability & third-party inspections
π οΈ Skills Required:
βοΈ Strong understanding of quality systems & processes
βοΈ Ability to coordinate with third-party inspectors π€
βοΈ Good engineering drawing reading skills π
βοΈ Working knowledge of AutoCAD π»
π Academic Qualification:
π B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
π
Experience:
πΉ Minimum 5+ years in Fabrication / Engineering / Manufacturing (Project-based environment preferred)
π Other Requirements:
π Preference for candidates residing near Nigdi / Chakan
