Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Quality Engineer will oversee and enhance quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with product quality standards, and implement quality control measures. The individual will analyze production systems, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that quality management systems are effectively maintained and updated. The Senior Quality Engineer will also collaborate with various departments to ensure the production of high-quality inductors and transformer products.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance processes
- Proficiency in Quality Control and maintaining high Product Quality standards
- Strong capabilities in Quality Management, including monitoring and improving quality systems
- Analytical skills for identifying improvement areas and implementing effective solutions
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing quality testing and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the electronics or power conversion industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
