Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Control Engineer located in Alwar. The role involves overseeing the quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, identifying potential quality issues, implementing quality assurance practices, and collaborating with teams to optimize quality management systems. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, with a strong understanding of industry standards and procedures
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data evaluation and problem-solving
- Ability to manage Quality Management systems and drive process improvements
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and reporting on quality issues
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality concerns
