Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes, conducting inspections, managing compliance with established quality standards, and performing quality audits. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality management systems and ensuring proper documentation and reporting of quality assessments. Collaboration with the project team to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards is a significant part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control processes, including material and equipment inspection
- Experience in Quality Assurance activities such as testing, validation, and procedural adherence
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with project and industry standards
- Strong skills in Quality Management and developing effective quality systems
- Ability to oversee comprehensive Inspection procedures to ensure product and process conformity
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Previous experience in the industrial sectors Thermosystems serves, such as Refineries, Petrochemicals, or Power, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO, API)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proficiency in report writing
