About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – QA/QC to lead testing, automation, and application security initiatives. This role involves driving QA strategy, implementing best practices, and ensuring high-quality, secure software delivery across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and implement QA, testing, and DevOps best practices.

-Design and architect test automation frameworks & libraries.

-Perform manual, automation, and security testing.

-Conduct code reviews and ensure secure coding practices.

-Drive application security assessments and remediation.

-Collaborate with Product, BA, Scrum, and Dev teams.

-Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking & reporting.

-Ensure regression, post-release, and risk-based testing.

-Mentor team members on test case design & QA processes.

-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end quality.

Technical Skills:

-Manual & Automation Testing (Selenium, Java).

-API Testing, Performance Testing, Database Testing.

-Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML.

-RESTful Services & Open-source tools.

-Agile / Scrum environment experience.
