📢 WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY MANAGER – STEEL INDUSTRY
📍 Location: Ararat, Armenia
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Quality Manager to join a steel manufacturing facility in Ararat, Armenia.
🎓 Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
💼 Experience & Skills Required
- Extensive experience in Quality Management within the steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, metallurgy, and quality control.
- Experience in testing and inspection of steel products, including chemical composition and mechanical properties.
- Expertise in quality assurance, process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Familiarity with relevant steel quality standards, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
- Ability to lead and develop a quality team and ensure consistent product quality.
- Experience in TMT reinforcement bars and rolling mill operations would be an added advantage.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function.
- Ensure compliance with applicable product standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, laboratory, and technical teams to improve product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement and minimize rejection, rework, and quality-related losses.
