We are seeking a QA Lead (5+ years experience) who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels — someone who can architect automation frameworks, lead high-performing teams, and embed quality into engineering at scale.
This is not just a testing role.
This is a quality transformation role.
You will lead a team of 10+ QA engineers, define the automation strategy across Web, Mobile, and API layers, and integrate quality seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins-driven).
If you have experience in AI-driven systems or eCommerce platforms, that’s a strong advantage.
What You Will Own
🔹 Quality Strategy & Leadership
● Define and drive the QA vision, automation roadmap, and quality governance
● Build and mentor a 10+ member QA team
● Establish scalable QA processes across multiple projects
● Drive shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practices
🔹 Automation Architecture
● Architect and implement robust automation frameworks for:
○ Web applications ○ Mobile applications ○ API services
● Ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability of test frameworks
● Increase automation coverage and reduce regression cycles
🔹 CI/CD & DevOps Integration
● Own automation integration within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins mandatory)
● Enable continuous testing and faster release cycles
● Collaborate with DevOps to optimize build, deployment, and test execution workflows
🔹 Cross-Functional Influence
● Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps leaders
● Drive quality metrics, reporting, and executive visibility
● Ensure quality standards are aligned with business outcomes
What We’re Looking For Experience & Leadership
● 5+ years in QA, with strong automation expertise
● Proven experience handling and mentoring 10+ team members
● Experience leading QA for complex, high-scale systems
Technical Excellence
● Strong hands-on experience in:
○ Web Automation (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)
○ Mobile Automation (Appium or equivalent)
○ API Automation (Rest Assured / Karate / Postman or similar)
● Strong programming skills in Java or Python
● Deep understanding of Automation Framework Architecture
● Solid experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines
● Experience with Git, version control, defect lifecycle management

● Strong architectural thinking
● Data-driven decision making
● Ability to balance speed with quality
● Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred (High-Impact Additions)
● Experience with AI/ML-based platforms
● Experience in eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify or similar)

● Experience scaling QA in fast-growth environments
