Job Description :
Looking for someone with Copado or similar tool experience, Hands on experience on Playwright and UI tools.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven leadership in designing and executing end-to-end quality strategies applying shift left, security-first and AI-driven principles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks across functional and non-functional quality engineering (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, K6, JMeter, ZAP) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Genesys CX with Guidewire, OKTA, Verint, Salesforce, SecureCo etc
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
- Deep understanding of secure software development, automated functional and non-functional testing practices
- Experience in test data management and test environment orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.
