Job details:
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can build a serious automation engine — not just write test scripts. You will use AI tools (including Claude Code) to generate deep, adversarial test scenarios, refine them into production-grade suites, and wire them into CI so nothing broken ever reaches production. I
f you think QA means clicking through UIs manually — this isn’t the role.
What You Will Own?
• Build our automated test architecture from the ground up • Generate edge-case-heavy test scenarios using AI tools • Convert AI drafts into deterministic, stable, non-flaky automation • Design integration and system-level tests for distributed systems 2 • Own CI quality gates (coverage, regressions, performance thresholds) • Break the system before customers do • Create performance and stress test harnesses • Establish testing standards across teams You are not here to validate code. You are here to challenge it.
What You Must Be Strong At:
• 5+ years in automation-heavy QA roles • Strong coding skills (Java / Python / JavaScript) • Building automation frameworks — not just maintaining them • API testing and backend validation • Writing integration and concurrency tests • CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) • SQL and data validation • Understanding race conditions, retries, idempotency, and async systems Qualifications required: • 5+ Years of relevant experience • B.E / B.Tech (CS/IT) from a reputed institute
What Makes You A Great Fit:
• You think in failure modes. • You don’t trust happy paths. • You care about deterministic tests. • You hate flaky builds. • You see AI as leverage — not a shortcut. • You prefer writing code over writing test reports. Bonus Points: • Experience testing event-driven or streaming systems • Performance testing at scale • Experience in SaaS or multi-tenant systems • Exposure to containerized environments (Docker/K8s)
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months):
• Near-zero regression escapes • Fully automated CI with strong coverage gates • High-confidence releases • A test architecture other teams want to copy
