Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be involved in audit, accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments across various industries and will gain exposure to diversified client engagements and financial reporting assignments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for various clients.
- Prepare audit working papers, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Verify financial transactions, ledgers, and supporting records.
- Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Support in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
- Prepare TDS workings, returns, and related reconciliations.
- Support in income tax computation and tax compliance assignments.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of financial data and required documents.
- Assist in responding to audit queries, notices, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to deadlines.
- Work on accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial data analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of client information.
- Use MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting software for execution of assignments.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting, auditing, GST, and TDS.
- Familiarity with financial statement preparation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional team environment.
